The solution created an inexpensive office/warehouse building that established a pleasant work environment and image rather than the typical office/warehouse box. The floor plan defines three functions: office area, common/shared areas and the warehouse space. A fifty foot skylight is not only used to bring natural light deep into the office space but also help organize the plan. The building is sited to allow a future expansion without disrupting daily operations.
